1. Who we are

suParMa is a brand of Nupur Bhatnagar: Strategic Advisory, Consulting & Management, a Micro enterprise (services) registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. Proprietor: Nupur Bhatnagar. Registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean suParMa and the registered enterprise. By using this website or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

suParMa offers strategic communications and marketing consultancy, built on 13+ years across PR, corporate communications, marketing, business development and brand management:

- Strategy consultancy: brand and reputation management, PR and media relations, corporate and C-suite communications, crisis communications, content strategy and ghost-writing, international business development and market expansion.

- GEO Intelligence (Generative Engine Optimisation): the Free GEO Snapshot, Exploratory Brand Consult, Snapshot Walkthrough, GEO Query Reports, Desk Audits and the Full GEO Audit.

- Anchoring and speaker services: emceeing, conferences, events and guest lectures.

- Training: POSH Act training and consulting; PR and communications teaching.

- Event, conference and MICE management.

The price of each engagement is shared before you pay, on this website or in a written proposal. Prices are in Indian Rupees and do not include GST.

All payments are final and non-refundable once made (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A service is confirmed once payment is received. Invoices are issued in the name of the registered enterprise.

4. What our work does and does not promise

GEO and AI-visibility work improves the evidence, authority and structure that AI engines rely on. AI engines are run by third parties and change often, so we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, mention or citation. Reports reflect what the engines returned on the date they were run.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorised to request work for the brand you name, and that the information you give us is accurate. Our audits use only public information; we never ask for passwords or internal data.

6. Intellectual property

The GEO Audit Framework™, our reports, templates and methods remain our property. You may use the reports we deliver for your own business. You may not resell or republish them as your own.

7. Confidentiality

We keep the details of your brand and engagement confidential. We may describe our work in general terms (without naming you) unless you agree otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi NCR have jurisdiction.
