Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are final. Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This applies to every service: sessions (Exploratory Brand Consult, Snapshot Walkthrough), GEO Query Reports, Desk Audits and Full GEO Audits. This includes, but is not limited to, any work taken up by Nupur Bhatnagar or the sister concerns.

Please read the service description and price before you pay. If you have a question, contact us first; we're happy to help you choose the right service.

Rescheduling: you may move a booked session once, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the slot.
