Mi 4: gHosT pRoToCol

MUrDeR Mubarak

March 16, 2024: Today I had the chance to watch this...and loved the smooth flow. All the actors were so seamlessly glued to it except for Sara Ali Khan, didn't quite find her acting or her suited for this sort of a story. Overall, the film was such a beauty with such a crisp story that I wished she wasn't the lead, many OTT actresses could have done better..now this is the true mom vent that's all poured out on her, but it is true! Must watch.

Mom rates: 08/10

March 16, 2024: Those of us who have actually read this beautiful book (Devotion of Suspect X) by Keigo Higashino would not leave midway but also find it unfair and sad that it had to be directed so. They have literally ripped out the book to pages making it seem so sad, slow, gloomy and more sad. The choice of main leads was poor. Having to sit through in batches for 03 days and finally completing this unfinished task almost felt like a kick the wrong way. DO NOT WATCH.

For those of us who are looking for our own adrenaline rush after a tired day or even if we are feeling low, sometimes Tom Cruise and action could work...despite his age, his missions remain as impossible as ever, same as for us mothers!! Having the presence of Anil Kapoor adds to a bit of inclusive tendency for the Indian audience; on the whole you just go with the flow 'cause it's a MI and the evergreen music tune will keep you hanging on!!

So treat yourself to yet another mission in the amazing sandstorm of Dubai! This reminds me how amazing a place Dubai can be for the ladies to go on an all-girls trip or maybe a solo too!!!

Who is this mom to rate? (10/10)

May 2020: Eccentric in ways that cannot be explained. From the actors to the direction to the sets and apparels - all were flawless. Ranveer Singh clearly swept the viewers off their feet... The film had a lovely flow and is a beautiful family fun evening screen - the perfect dreamy Sanjay Bhansali product.

Pad Man

May 2020: A very taboo-ed subject amongst the masses of our nation, yet one which needed acceptance... what was great about it was the various aspects that the film touched- be it emotional, educational, morals, mind-sets and humanity in itself... All in all must watch film for families.

Raabta

Padmaavat

Pad Man

May 2020: The reincarnation story was a little hard to digest considering it wasn't merged well. The love story was a treat while the connections and memory lanes were tad bit too pseudo.

Meri Pyaari Bindu

Badrinath Ki Dulhania

Badrinath Ki Dulhania

May 2020: An extremely slow film to garner one's interest. The story is very generic that could happen with anybody... Nonetheless, it was a mellowed version of reality and dragged.

Badrinath Ki Dulhania

Aug 2017: The perfect entertainer! A film that has just the right mix of humour, emotions and a story that unfurls smoothly. The actors did justice to their characters and one may also relate to the same. Must watch.

The Ghazi Attack

Badrinath Ki Dulhania

The Ghazi Attack

Aug 2017: Absorbing, entertaining and a perfect family film. However, it did have it's share of loopholes. If you are not from the Defence Fraternity, you save yourself those pains. A must watch!

Naam Shabana

Naam Shabana

The Ghazi Attack

Aug 2017: A prequel to the hit film- Baby. While the first in the series left everyone amazed, the prequel could not match it's successor. The story fell flat and was too slow to digest.

Commando 2

Naam Shabana

Commando 2

Aug 2017: As more sequels are, so was this one. The hype created phased out soon as the movie began. The story didn't seem as appealing and the stunts felt too force-fed.

Rangoon

Naam Shabana

Commando 2

Mar 2017: Set amidst the World War II scenario... Many may find the story unfolding too slowly while others may enjoy it for the same reason. This is not a film which may appeal to one and all, yet, worth a watch.
